​Get ready to launch into the 2026–2028 biennium with energy, focus, and vision! This one-day Chapter Leadership Team Planning Day is designed to help new officers and key members strengthen their leadership skills, build team spirit, and create purposeful, passion-driven action plans.

Three days are strategically placed in different parts of the state.

Who Should Attend?
​Each chapter is encouraged to bring 3 to 5 members, including:
  • Incoming officers for the 2026–2028 biennium
  • Committee chairs
  • Enthusiastic, high-energy, go-getters who are ready to lead with purpose​
​
​What Will We Do?
  • Train and support incoming officers
  • Explore the membership database – and learn how to use it to your advantage
  • Share impactful projects and programs
  • Build a clear, practical plan for your first year

​What Is the Cost?
  • $20 covers lunch and materials.
  • If you choose to bring your own lunch, registration is $5 which covers materials.

What Should You Bring?
  • Laptop or another electronic device
  • Personal and school calendars
  • Current meeting dates and times
  • A list of programs and projects from past biennia
  • Your pre-event survey * results
  • A list of what’s working for your chapter to share
  • A list of potential meeting spaces
  • A light sweater or wrap, in case the event space is cool
  • Your lunch, if you do not order one when you register
